About The Project

TNS Architects was commissioned to remodel an existing non-operational Ambulatory Surgery Center for licensure under new ownership.  The ASC consist of 2 OR’s, 5 Pre-Op bays, 4 PACU bays, 2 Treatment Rooms, on-site sterilization, and other required support spaces.  TNS also provided services as Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager as Advisor.
