About The Project
380 Villas is a 260 unit Multi-family housing development on a 14-acre site in Mckinney, Texas. Site amenities include a swimming pool, 1/2 basketball court, playground, and dog park. The 260 units are housed in twelve residential buildings consisting of six 3-story apartment buildings and six townhome buildings. Other amenities include a Business Center, Club Room, and Fitness Center.
Design Evolution

Original proposal included ground floor retail space and contemporary roof planes.

Revision required the removal of retail space and extended length for additional units.

Concluding iteration includes finalizing materials and adhering to historic district guidelines.
Amenities and Leasing Office Plan
Program includes public restrooms, public lobby and reception, leasing offices, and tenant amenities such as a business center, club room, fitness center, and mail room.
